Condo is nice but reserving the unit was not very customer friendly. You have to send a picture of yourself and your driver’s license. After calling to give my credit card again ( seems their system does not save card from reservation) I ask if everything was ok and was told yes. Received a text at 1230 at night to say my license was not visible enough and need to resend. Finally I received a parking violation warning because they left the wrong parking pass for a different condo. This was corrected the next day but should not have to be warned that my vehicle would be towed on the first day of vacation.
