Booked last min. No regrets. We needed pet friendly and were pleased to find the listing for Silver Beach. It is centrally located. We loved the beach access and proximity to food, activities and shopping. There we team members around all weekend keeping common areas clean and moving trashing to dumpsters daily. There was only one elevator working but everything was fine. We all were patient and trips went quick. The unit itself was very clean. There were no funky pet odors. Outside there were multiple places to walk your dog and everyone cleaned up after their pets. There is a nice outdoor grill space if you want to BBQ. The pool area is nice and pool well maintained. The rental co checked in via text frequently. They were responsive to call and text. No issues. I would definitely stay here again!

Great for pet friendly needs. Vet clean. I saw staff here everyday. I really liked that that security monitors the parking area. They trash areas on each floor is cleaned and there are no icky smells. There are two elevators but one is under repair. Just be a bit patient. Those of us with dogs just wait patiently and take turns but really no issue at all. Booked last minute for memorial day and no issues at all.

Nice condo. Floors were not very clean. Biggest issue was the balcony furniture. Only high to chairs. Impossible to go out on balcony to relax. Owner needs to make small investment in balcony furniture.

We very much enjoyed our stay! My 10 year old twin granddaughters exclaimed as we walked into the unit, “ Look at this view !” They are already enamored and can’t wait until the next trip!
