Built in the 1920s this was the first beach house on Navarre Beach. It was originally located in Pensacola before being moved to the serene area of Navarre Beach, FL in 1981. It has been remodeled into a home that now hosts guests throughout the year! It was no easy task moving it a couple of miles from where it was built to where it sits today. Storms, necessary city approval, and having to remove pieces of the home made this a challenge. However, this also proves how special the home is.
As you arrive at the house, you will notice the beach is just a short walk away! Various rooms throughout The First Beach House offer partial views of the Gulf. Your favorite spot to unwind and enjoy dinner, or a cocktail will be your private patio. Utilize your fully equipped kitchen to assist in preparing snacks for the beach. The living room also features a Smart TV making it easy to keep up with your favorite shows and movies. Enjoy waking up to gorgeous views of the Bay in both the master and second bedroom. This vacation rental also comes with a washer and dryer ensuring you can stay on top of laundry, especially beach towels.
