On the first floor, you’ll find a living room, kitchen and half bathroom. You’ll also discover the second and third bedrooms, each with adjoining bathrooms. Through each living room, you’ll find a private patio deck, featuring sweeping Gulf views and access to the private pools and barbecue grills. The kitchens showcase stunning craftsmanship, with exposed cabinets, wooden countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Sleek vinyl plank flooring can be found all throughout Moar at Caribe.

The second floors of the homes feature Gulf-front primary bedrooms as well as the fourth and fifth bedrooms. All three bedrooms contain adjoining bathrooms, complete with whirlpool tubs and walk-in showers. Then, on the third floor, you’ll find an additional Gulf-front master suite along with the seventh and eighth bedrooms. Both master bedrooms also feature balcony access directly overlooking the Gulf.
