The second floor also contains an adjoining bathroom containing a walk-in shower and access to a private balcony overlooking the lake.

The first floor is home to a bedroom containing a full ensuite bathroom, and a private door leading directly to the saltwater pool. The second full bathroom on the first floor is the perfect bathroom for the kids after a fun-filled afternoon in the private pool. The kids can walk into the bathroom from the back patio, hang up their swimsuits and hop into the walk-in shower. This bathroom is connected to the fifth bedroom. These two bedrooms offer stunning views of the lake just beyond the pool in the backyard. The third and final bedroom on the first floor is also furnished with a full, adjoining bathroom.

The third floor will quickly become one of your favorite hangout places with a seating area boasting impeccable Gulf views. Just beyond the living room is a small kitchenette with a mini-refrigerator. The south master bedroom features large windows allowing you to watch Gulf waves gently fall against the shore. Meanwhile, the north master bedroom features views of the brilliant blue lake. Each of these two bedrooms comes with large, private bathrooms containing double vanity sinks, whirlpool tubs, and walk-in showers. Then, climb the spiral staircase up to the large top deck and enjoy the brilliant scenery of the Gulf of Mexico, the lake, and the surrounding area.
