Sea La Vie In Grayton Beach

Perfect location Beautiful home Loved every minute

The place is amazing with plenty of rooms for our three families. Very nice area in Grayton with lots of shops and restaurants. Beach was within a 10-minute bike ride. The only issues we had were that one of the master bedrooms did not have any sheets when we arrived. Had to wait till the next day to get them. Also, the same master bedroom did not have any outdoor furniture on the balcony. They had bikes to ride, which was really nice since a lot of restaurants and shops are close. I would suggest that they have beach chairs and umbrellas for their guest. Overall, it is a very nice house and would definitely stay there again. The house is very comfortable and in a nice location.

The Place was very nice, great location without being too close to the intense traffic. The home lacked just two basic necessities: Salt & Pepper Only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom The A/C Control instructions were not clear and not responsive

We were so happy with our stay! The house is absolutely beautiful. Spacious living room and dining area, well-stocked kitchen. The bedrooms were wonderful and each room having its own bathroom was a huge plus. It was definitely as described in the listing. The house itself is about a 20 minute walk to the public beach access in Grayton Beach, so having the bicycles was a huge help to get to the beach. There is also a tram about a 5 minute walk away which takes you right to the beach access. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would return again!

The home was beautiful and as described. Fit two families with teenagers wonderfully. You can walk 5-7 mins to the beach but you do have to cross a somewhat busy road to get to the sidewalk. Due to the unexpected winter weather the temperatures were cold, so we did not get to use the pool facilities at the end of the Cul-de-sac. The pool was not heated. The addition of the 4 bikes was very nice. Southern Rentals made the stay very easy, but were not flexible. We booked last minute just before Christmas and the winter storm came making it impossible to travel. We requested to delay our stay by one day since they were not booked and to add a day. They would not budge on delaying by one day but were happy to add a day. Thankfully we bought the travel insurance and have requested reimbursement for the day we couldn’t arrive. Very nice rental home overall and would recommend.
