Update on COVID-19

We are happy to accept reservations in all of our properties without restrictions. Our areas are open for business and being very respectful of social distancing and increased cleaning standards. The beaches are open in the counties we serve, and our local officials have made no indication of closing the beaches.

Some of our areas may have mandates for masks to be worn inside businesses while you are here on vacation. We highly recommend the use of masks to help ease the spread of COVID-19.

Southern’s Clean Initiative: Learn more here about Southern’s own cleaning protocol in response to COVID-19.
