The noise from the unit above this one can be miserable. The footsteps above sound like a drum beating in 205.

This was the perfect getaway for our family of 4. Thankful for the wifi as our Verizon service was hit or miss. The kids loved the creek to the left to play in when the waves were too rough. I wish they had a pairing knife to cut fruit and that we had more than one gate fob.

Inside was wonderful. The fire alarm and not being able to use the elevator Wednesday and Thursday were annoying inconveniences

Thank you for your feedback. I apologize that your stay with us fell short of expectations. We here at Southern strive to make every guest's stay as pleasant as possible. HOA work is being done on the elevators and they are receiving updates. We posted this in the listing as well to make our guests aware. We always try to keep our guests up to date on any notices or construction being done on our units and will always post that in the listing. Regarding the Fire alarms, there are monthly tests done on the alarms on site to ensure they are all working correctly, we apologize for any inconvenience that caused you.
