Ocean Overlook is a beautiful vacation home in Navarre Beach, FL that features six bedrooms and five full bathrooms. This spacious accommodation allows rooms for up to 16 guests, making it the perfect stay for your next group getaway!
This vacation rental features spans over 2,836 square feet and towers 3 stories high. The first living room and kitchen can be found on the second floor. The main living space offers ample room for each member of your party to cozy up and watch a movie. There is even a pool table available in the second-floor living room to fill your evenings with some friendly competition. The kitchen also comes fully equipped allowing you to prepare a movie night popcorn or take it a step further and whip up your family’s favorite home-cooked meal. Stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and plenty of seating at the dining table are available at your convenience. There is an additional living room on the third floor that boasts gorgeous views of the surrounding area including the Bay and Sound. Each bedroom comes with its own unique view and most of them even come with Smart TVs.

The biggest disappointment is the spiral staircase being the only way to get from one level to the other inside. This was not advertised at all. We have several young children and elderly in our party. This was impossible for them. Instead, we had to use the rickety (had to have maintenance here because of so many loose boards) outdoor steps, and in the rain, the water was coming in on those steps. The picture shows ample seating at the pool for laying out, which is not the case. It was old patio furniture instead. We've been coming to Navarre for 20 years and while we enjoyed the proximity to the beach, and the view of the sound, the house was overall misrepresented. Despite the shortcomings, we were able to have a great week. We'd just like to see the online description updated so future families can be prepared.

Great home, walking distance to beach within 5 minutes Fishing on the bay was lots of fun for all ages. Spacious home with plenty of restrooms for all guest.

Fantastic place to vacation with your friends and family. On site Pool is convenient and is a huge selling point. Walk to the beach is quick!
