Perfect condo for families that want a beautifu lview of the ocean . We loved the quietness and cleanliness of the property and unit. Parking was easy.

The condo unit itself was Awesome. It is blaringly obvious that the HOA does not care at all about the guests safety or the safety of their personal belongings. Due to the HOA, I am not at all certain that I would rent here again. There was no mention of construction at the time I booked our unit (which included painting the outside of the building, putting our vehicles at risk) and no communication after the booking to let me know. Nor was there any communication that the front door was going to be replaced prior to the day it happened., We were deep sea fishing and had no means of returning to the condo. When we returned that night we were unable to gain access to our unit and had to sit in the parking lot for two hours waiting on one of the property managers to arrive to let us in. At one point they were not even sure they could get us access with the key because of the way the new door was hung. Once we gained access we discovered that not only had they not caulked the door frame, they had damaged the interior wall, and they had pulled up the tile leaving a one-inch gab between the bottom of the door and the floor. We had to place towels under the door to help block the bugs from coming inside. The door remained in that condition and was never fixed, even though I called for a resolution. The customer service number just kept telling me they were waiting on the HOA. I was refunded $100 as a pacifier. If I were the owner of this unit, I would be horrified to know my guests were treated in such a manner.

Perdido Skyey is a great place to stay.

Despite ongoing renovations, my stay was great as always. This condo is great for a couple, or family of 4, due to the big sofa bed. However, the bunk beds will not accommodate anyone over 4 ft tall, so just keep that in mind. As always, Southern did a great job, and made the stay perfect.
