- Within 29 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% less our service fee, travel insurance premium, and applicable taxes will be provided.
- Arrival window within 31 days or more a full refund less our service fee, travel insurance premium, and applicable taxes will be provided.

Everything was lovely. I felt like I was at home. Only thing I had a bit of issue with was the check out time at 9 a.m. I feel like it could of been a little later maybe 10 a.m. or 11 a.m. for the price I paid so you can feel like you’re getting your money worth.. other than that as I mentioned was awesome and a wonderful experience/stay..
