This is a nice home for 6 people. With 8, it gets a little cramped but it was fun to sit around the table and play games and the living room was nice for time spent back from the beach or pool. It is very close to rosemary and Alys and walkable. It’s a short drive to other communities. Great location

I give this an A++ on location. It was walkable to the beach, restaurants and the small grocery store. The place itself was comfy and have a deck and balcony for us to wind down on and read after a long day in the sun. I would definitely stay here again. A few things to note to guests: There is not really beach gear provided so if you don’t bring your own umbrella and chairs (we did not since we flew) then you will want to be sure to book some with La Dolce Vita ahead of time (days ahead). You’ll want to especially do this for a busier weekend.

Best stay for the price. The house was roomy, comfy, and beautiful, and was close to the front of the neighborhood so it took no time to walk to the beach or shopping. Walkability is my #1 fave thing, so if you're like me, this is the place to stay. Some critiques: First, many registration requirements coming from too many directions at different times. Also, once we got there, it was up to us to pick up our community access bands and parking passes. It was less than clear where the kiosk was within the community, and also when they closed. I messaged SV on here about it, and they just told me to contact them through a different number? So we dug up the info ourselves. Good thing, as there wasn't much time b/w checkin and the kiosk closing. Last, though the kitchen was wonderfully stocked with cookware, they tried hard to avoid providing reusable supplies like dish soap (they had a packet of it?). Let's ditch single-use. Unless it's TP, of which they only provide 3 rolls. Buy ahead.

Love the ability to have the kids be in their own room and still be able to relax either on the porch or in the living room without waking the kids. It was perfect convenience to both the pool and the beach. A little weird that we are only provided “24 hours” of toilet paper, soap and paper towels.
