This is a great location, easy access to many fun attractions and restaurants. The layout was great for our group. The convenience overrode the condition of the unit.

We enjoy staying at azure, it’s our 3rd year staying at the property. However, when we first got there and got our luggage out & settled into the condo, we had an issue. Our little one was ready to go to the pool and when we got ready to walk out, our door knob was not working properly. We were locked inside of our condo for close to four hours until maintenance could come and fix the problem. The staff was great and were very apologetic (not their fault by a means). I would recommend checking the door knobs and locks often so that this doesn’t happen. Preventative maintenance would be a great idea. In the mean time our groceries were delivered and set outside our door for over an hour and a half. Not only was this unfortunate to the start of our vacation this was a safety issue/concern. Being on the 3rd floor with no way to get out, brought an uneasy feeling to the rest of vacation.

- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% less our service fee, travel insurance premium, and applicable taxes will be provided.
