The unit is somewhat dated and needs a refresh, e.g., paint, furniture.

Great Stay!

It’s a smaller building so not a ton of people which is nice. The place is nicer than the pictures show but there are things I don’t like for the price I paid for 5days. No beach service provided, you need to supply your own blankets, toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry soap, Dishwasher soap and Kleenex. The master bed needs to be replaced, paint/ceiling flaking by ceiling vents and master carpet is really worn/dirty. The twin bed head boards are just standing there wedged between the wall/windows and bed and not bolted or anything so when you get in and out of bed or move while Sleeping it bangs against the window/wall. It’s a nice place, just things could be better for the price. If those daily items would be provided and I wouldn’t have to bring or go buy it would be a lot better and those should be listed in the initial listing, not provided detailed two weeks before the stay. I don’t travel much so idk if this is how they all are or not

This place by the looks of it is better than what the pictures show and it’s a smaller, peaceful place right on the gulf. A few things that you should know that are not listed until a week out from stay; they only provide 1 roll of tp per bathroom, and one kitchen garbage bag, no laundry soap and just one use of dishwasher soap/dish soap and don’t provide blankets. For what we paid for 6 days these things should Be provided for the whole stay. There is no beach service provided and an extra cost. It would be nice if this was provided and maybe some extra beach chairs, beach toys, beach towels kept in laundry room. If I would’ve known all these things at time of looking on Airbnb I probably wouldn’t have booked this place. This would be an amazing place if those things were all covered. The king size mattress sags on both sides of the bed, Master carpet is very warn out and dirty and peeling paint/ceiling around the ceiling vents as well.
