The fully equipped kitchen includes table seating four in this charming studio condo, with a wall-mounted flat screen TV. There is tile flooring in the entry and kitchen area, with carpet in the sleeping area. The living/sleeping area has a mirrored wall that enhances the feeling of spaciousness, and two queen-size beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep for three guests (max occupancy per fire safety code). Opposite the beds you’ll find a sitting area. There are large windows throughout, to maximize your Gulf view. A door from the sleeping area provides access to the furnished, covered lanai and the pathway to the beach.
The Continental Condominium resort offers free covered parking, on-site laundry facilities, a Gulf-front seasonally heated pool, picnic area with grills, pool table and easy beach access. Poolside you can grab a bite or cool off with your favorite beverage from the beach bar next door.
Continental #112 is located a half-mile from the popular outdoor mall Pier Park and across the street from Gulf World Marine Park. You are also within walking distance of many local restaurants.

Unfortunately the beds need to be changed. Better sheets and at least a decent comforter I sat at the end of one of the beds and it tried to flip on me. Drain in tub not working properly. Husband wished the tv was bigger so he could read it but I didn’t go to the beach to watch tv lol. Overall it was a good stay the only big thing I’d it need different beds and setting.

Negative first...code was NOT sent to me, had to go to the office to get access code, wifi code, and code to the pool area. Parking pass was right on the counter though. Perfect location, access to the beach literally right outside your door can see and hear the ocean from your window or lanai. Perfect for 2-4 ppl. Will definitely look for an opening here next trip!
