On the first floor of the home, you will find the kitchen, living room, and the second bedroom and private bathroom. Your kitchen is spacious and comes fully equipped to handle your every need. Stainless steel appliances and granite countertops add to the luxury feel while a variety of utensils are useful in preparing snacks for the beach or alfresco dining to be enjoyed out on your private balcony. A Little R and R even comes with a private gas grill in case you crave hamburgers or hot dogs during your stay. The living room is cozy and provides a seat for every guest in your travel party. If you’re not ready to head to bed after the sun goes down, turn on the large Smart TV and choose from your favorite shows and movies. There is also an Xbox for those traveling with kids who love to host game night. The second bedroom also comes equipped with a Smart TV and also includes a luxury, private bathroom, and closet.
Head up to the second floor and find the master bathroom and bathroom as well as the third bedroom and bathroom. Each bedroom includes a closet, access to the second-floor balcony overlooking the beautiful Seacrest Beach Community, and Smart TVs. Both bathrooms are finished with granite countertops, double vanities, and the master even features a walk-in shower. The third floor is home to the fourth bedroom and bathroom. Each bedroom offers access to a balcony and as an added bonus you get to catch a glimpse of the Gulf from the third floor, master bedroom, and rooftop balcony.
A Little R and R is the perfect choice for a family vacation. With the beach just moments away, you are sure to spend most of your time lounging in the sun, splashing in the Gulf of Mexico, or walking the shoreline in search of dolphins in the distance. The private outdoor shower will be useful as you head in from your adventurous day. There is also a washer and dryer in case you need a refresh on beach towels or swimsuits. You will find that the 30A community is incredibly bike friendly. Lucky for you, A Little R and R comes equipped with four adult bikes so you can truly experience all the Scenic Highway has to offer. There are also incredible restaurants and activities nearby. One popular spot for those who love nature and taking scenic walks is Camp Helen State Park. It is close by and offers beautiful scenery.

Loved the location and overall house but felt like the home itself it not big enough for 12 people which is what is advertised. There were not enough towels for 12 people and the pull out couch was very uncomfortable and there were no sheets, blankets or pillows provided for it. I had to take time out of the day to contact them three different times until we got everything we needed. We arrived at 8AM and wanted to check in early which I understand cannot always happen but I asked to be contacted as soon as it was cleaned and ready and I was never contacted. There were also unexpected things leading up to the stay like needing to fill out a form with everyones name and age to get wristbands for the pool and beach access as well as a bike waiver in order to have the lock code on the bikes. I have stayed in this area before and had a much better experience with another host.
