Was charged $200 for damage that was done prior to our arrival. Received an email after our departure that the door stopper was broke and a hole in the wall, we noticed this when we arrived and didn’t think anything of it.

Thank you for your feedback. I apologize that your stay with us fell short of expectations. We here at Southern strive to make every guest's stay as pleasant as possible. Upon review of your reservation, I do see that you were charged $200 for damage due to a hole in the wall from a broken door stop. Our operations team performs a walk-through between each guest's check-in, and they did not find this before your check-in time. However, upon further review, we do see that you were refunded the $200 damage charge. We understand that things happen, and we just ask that these issues are reported to us as soon as they are found. We enjoyed staying at this condo. Everything was so clean. The location was perfect for attending a nearby music festival. The Gulf view was beautiful and the water was so clear! The condo had plenty of towels and dishes. The washer and dryer were very convenient amenities. I highly recommend this property. Hope to stay here again!
