Beautiful spacious condo. Resort was wonderful. Great indoor and outdoor pools! We were able to watch the Blue Angels from the beach without the heavy crowd. We will be returning.

Portifino Island is great, but this particular condo was not really clean and in need of a refresh. While the place had pots and pans, and plates, coffee pot etc. the kitchen was not remotely set up for basic cooking. There was not even on coffee filter or a salt/pepper shaker.

Portofino Island is a great property with a great location on Pensacola Beach. It is just close enough to the shops and restaurants, but far enough away from all the traffic and noise. The resort has all the amenities that one could want. The condo was nice enough, but needs a refresh because it is outdated. The cleanliness of the condo was not the best, we found dirty wet towels in the chest of drawers. The selling point however was the view of the inter-coastal water way.....simply amazing. I would stay in this condo again just for the comfortable king bed and the views. Nevertheless, a big downside is having to check out by 9:00 AM, that seems a lot unreasonable to me given check in is not until 4:00 PM.
