The property manager was polite but incredibly unhelpful. I called 4 days in advance to ask for a late check in/out - I've never stayed at a property with a check out time of 9am, but I was willing to pay the extra charge to not feel rushed. They informed me that 5 days in advance was required to add the late check out to my reservation and it couldn't be done. Disappointing, but ok. However, 2 nights prior to check out and again the day prior, I received messages saying I could extend my stay for additional nights. So I can stay extra nights but I can't have late check out? Additionally, the online description says private beach access is included, which was attractive to our family. When I received the welcome email, it directed us to the public beach access which is a 15 minute walk down the highway. I sent a message to the property manager to get clarification. That message went unanswered. I called back the next day. Again, polite but unhelpful - they confirmed the address to the public beach access down the street was all they had. I asked if the owners could be contacted so we could get confirmation. They agreed to contact someone to ask about the dedicated private beach access and send me a message. I never heard from them. Luckily, a neighboring guest/ owner pointed it out to us so that we didn't have to walk 15 minutes lugging our belongings with us. A picture or better description in the listing would be helpful for future guests.

I loved the actual property; it was extremely clean. I don’t have any complaints - just observations. The tv in bedroom number 2 is small. The microwave doesn’t have a handle. The pool area could use an upgrade
