I will stay in this area again as we have the last 4 summers but I won’t be booking another vacation through Southern Vacation Rentals. The condo is in good shape, kitchen is stocked well, and the pool is really convenient. However, upon arrival our lock did not work and the services staff sent out a locksmith but was not sympathetic whatsoever or helpful from that point forward. We were supposed to have someone reach out to us the following day about getting an electronic lock which never happened and I don’t think anyone would have realized that work still needed to be done if we hadn’t asked what to do with the keys. We also had a missing cord for the DVD player which was never resolved. Was expecting someone to reach out and offer some type of discount or even an apology but none were offered.

Unit #208 of the Dunes is amazing!! It was clean, the beds were comfy, and the view was perfect. The property has beach access, a private pool, and a hot tub. Wait a few weeks before you book if construction bothers you because the building is being updated.
