On the second floor, you'll find serene bedrooms designed for comfort and style, each pristinely prepared for your stay. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a garden tub, and a double-sink vanity. The additional three bedrooms offer luxury bedding, with the second and third bathrooms conveniently located nearby.

The first floor contains shared living spaces. Lounge on the queen sleeper sofa in the living room or step onto the sprawling porches and patio for a courtyard view. On this floor, you will also find a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom with a tub and shower combination.

The fully equipped kitchen is a culinary enthusiast's dream, complete with a breakfast bar and a separate dining area. If you prefer to grill out one night, there's a gas grill on the patio.

Four complimentary adult bicycles are included, perfect for exploring the area. The driveway of Family Tides accommodates three average-sized vehicles, with additional street parking available on a first-come, first-served basis. The community pool and fitness center are located in the Village of Blue Mountain Beach, just a ten minute walk away.

Guests can access the primary public beach at the end of Blue Mountain Road, where they are welcome to set up their beach equipment. Alternatively, the private beach access at the end of Blue Lupine Way is available for guests to walk through; however, setting up beach equipment is not permitted there. Please note, there is no parking at the Blue Lupine Way beach access point.

Nearby, you’ll find restaurants, shopping, fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, golfing, state parks and nineteen miles of scenic bicycle trails along Highway 30A.
