There is a 2x6 on the deck floor off of the living room that needs replaced. Not an issue for us at all but will continue to deteriorate and fall below.

The location is amazing. Private beach access and parking. Very cute and cool Bohemian decor. Comfortable beds and furnitures. The downside of this unit is that the kitchen appliances are practically antique, as are the bathroom fixtures. This unit also does not provide access to a beach locker, which some other units in this building do - so you have no secure place to stow your beach items at the end of the day.
