The couch was listed as a queen size sofa sleeper and it was not a sofa sleeper at all, just a normal couch. There was a large and concerning crack all the way across the balcony and it seemed to lean, which was concerning for safety issues. Parking was a little tight but there is visitor parking around the side of the building. The location was nice and quiet, traffic wasn’t awful on the main road, and there was a nice beach access about a 10 minute walk away. Overall, the condo was decent to stay in and had everything we needed, but there are definitely a few things that needed work compared to other condos I’ve stayed in the area.

Positives- 10 minute walk to a public beach access that was nice, private and quiet area, walkable area, lower traffic area, plenty of room, the beds were comfortable, the house had everything needed for the trip Negatives- The couch was listed as a queen size sofa sleeper and it was a normal couch, not a sleeper at all, there is a large crack across the balcony and it seemed to be leaning which was a safety concern for us, parking was a little tight, we had a larger group and required two vehicles but luckily they had some visitor spots on the side of the building. Overall it was a good find for the price and time crunch we had, and it worked for our group.
