Sunbird West 1011 is located on the 10th floor and is situated on the west side of the building. Your private balcony is the perfect spot to take in the gorgeous beach sunrises and sunsets. This one-bedroom condo provides bedding for four people, a spacious living area and a private balcony.

When you arrive at Sunbird West 1011, you'll find the primary bedroom welcomes you, which features a queen-size bed with fresh linens and plenty of storage for your personal items. The full bathroom is located adjacent to the bedroom which includes a toilet, vanity, and tub/shower combo.

Sunbird West 1011 opens up into the living area where you’ll have endless views of the World’s Most Beautiful Beaches. The entire condo is fully tiled (no carpet!). The living room includes a sleeper sofa, a loveseat and a flat-screen TV. A table with seating for four is situated by the sliding glass doors overlooking the beach. The kitchen is equipped with appliances such as a refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. Essential housewares are also included like pots and pans, silverware, glassware, plates, bowls, etc.
