- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% less our service fee, travel insurance premium, and applicable taxes will be provided.

We really like Sundestin. This condo was well kept and love the view but the cleanliness left something to be desired. There was a hair in the tub, rusty knives, but the worst part was the used tampon applicator in the bathroom. There is nothing wrong with the condo, the cleaning staff just need to take more care.

We really liked the condo, it was enough space for 4 or 5 adults and two kids. The 5th floor was dark when you get off the elevator. The kids splash area needs work like more things to it and color. The pools are very basic. The staff was great. The property is close to stores and arcades. The restaurant on the level floor does serve breakfast and it was pretty tasty. I plan on coming back to this location in the future.
