Awesome views. Beach not overly crowded. Didn’t like you couldn’t use your own tent and/or umbrellas/canopies. Great condo square footage.

Beautiful view and great location. Access to the balcony from the living area and primary bedroom was perfect. Other reviews I had read mentioned the kitchen lacking some basic items but they must have added quite a bit since then because every cabinet and drawer was full. Cleanliness was satisfactory but could have been better. There were smudges on the mirrors in the living area and we found that the sheets were not clean on the sofa bed so we ended up not using it. We could have washed the sheets but it was a typical sofa bed that was all springs. There was plenty of seating on the balcony (3 different sets). We used them all week and all seemed sturdy, but halfway through the week, one wooden chair broke while I was sitting in it. The bottom fell out and I was left with a bruise but that was random and couldn’t be helped. The salt air definitely has an effect on wood and is understandable. Overall, we had an excellent experience and are thankful for the hospitality we received.

The property is fine. Just this specific unit needs serious updates. Would not stay in this specific unit. Location of property is great. Pool very nice. Could use a fitness center. Guest services were very friendly and helpful. High marks for guest services.
