Southern Vacation Rental was a great host. The home was exactly as advertised. They informed us in advance that the elevator was out of service, which made the 3-4 stories a bit challenging, but we got plenty of exercise. The home itself was perfect for our family, offering just the right amount of space and amenities. The beach is within walking distance, there's a golf cart for short trips, and a pool in the complex. Maintenance and guest services were very responsive to our calls and texts. We definitely recommend it and would stay again.

The home is absolutely beautiful. A little spread out due to being 4 stories but the Elevator made it doable, the roof top deck is a great feature and having the Golf Cart was a great asset to motor around to the restaurants and smoothie bar close by! Being right across the street from the Blue Mountain Bakery was an added benefit! Try their wonderful Cinnamon Rolls!! The pool is beautiful and the place was very quiet and peaceful. The only issue we had was the 9am checkout. We’ve never stayed anywhere with such an early checkout before and it was rough with a 6 month old. Other than that we would definitely stay again.

The location is perfect, very peaceful, and beautiful upgrades. My only complaint was access to codes for gate entry, golf cart use, and very dirty floors. Would stay again but not for what I paid.
