Very nice place for two. Has a good beach view and comfy feel. Short walk to a trolly stop and plenty of parking even for trucks.

Our previous experience with a Southern Vacations Rental property was underwhelming, and I gave them a 6. I would give this unit a 10, but the performance of the door keypad would knock that down to a 9 because it nearly always takes three times (and as many as 6 times on a few occasions) to get the correct timing for turning the door handle. If you don't time it perfectly, if you are a split second too slow or too fast, the door won't open; then, you have to reset it twice and start again. The unit is only on the second floor, so you don't get a great view, but you can see the ocean and part of the beach, and you can easily take the stairs if you don't want to fiddle with the elevator. The unit is neat, peaceful, relaxing, and comfortable. The lighting in the bathroom could be better, especially for men to shave and women to put on their makeup.
