Deposits
- 30+ Days Prior to Arrival, 30% is due at the time of Booking.
- Within 29 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% less our service fee, travel insurance premium, and applicable taxes will be provided.
- Arrival window within 31 days or more a full refund less our service fee, travel insurance premium, and applicable taxes will be provided.

We liked the property itself however the listing was very misleading. When we booked the original listing had ocean views and pictures showing views and then of course there were none able to be seen like in the photos from the booking listing so it is very misleading. We were highly disappointed by that. However we liked the property itself a lot and would love to stay with a condo on the bay or with a view. Very easy access to the beach and we felt very safe in the area.
