Beach Beauty's well-appointed kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for your family, as well as stainless-steel appliances and marble countertops for an added touch of luxury. The gaming table, granite bar and large dining room provide a wonderful spot for hosting a fun family feast or game night. Continue through Beach Beauty and find the spacious living room. Unwind on the large couch with a movie on the Smart TV. Follow the molasses and marzipan flooring to find a nicely furnished, screened-in lanai with a large gas grill.
Each bedroom offers ample space for every member of your crew to unpack and unwind. There are five Smart TVs throughout the property, allowing each member to stay up-to-date on new releases of their favorite shows. The primary bedroom and bathroom are luxurious and even include a walk-in rain shower.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was very nice and clean. The Kitchen/living room areas were nice and spacious as well as the master bedroom. The only thing I want to mention is that I saw a small roach crawling on the back of the sofa in the living room and the water filter in the fridge needed to be replaced as it stated every time we got water/ice from it. Overall a wonderful experience. We will definitely book again in the near future, if available.

Great place. Very quiet. Nice neighborhood. No extra towels for the pool/beach, only half roll of paper towel in kitchen, only one soap packet for dishwasher, no laundry detergent, no extra garbage bags and no extra toilet paper after initial roll/per bathroom. Additional information on the website about the available quantities of paper towels, bath towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, laundry and dishwasher soap would be helpful prior to check-in so renters can plan accordingly. Information about the coffee maker (filters, K-cups, etc.) would also be helpful prior to arriving. Previous renters left the house very dirty so the cleaning service was unable to get it cleaned by the check-in time of 4:00 pm. Had to drive around until 5:30 pm before it we could get in.

It is unfortunate that the prior guest left the property in disarray. We are also very sorry about having no towels for the pool/beach. This is not something we provide. As for the other items, we provide some household products as a courtesy to get you started but do not provide all of these for your complete length of stay. This information is included in your guest portal that is sent to you before your check-in. As for the coffee maker, all properties are listed with this information when booking. As far as leaving filters out, that is against post-Covid hygiene precautions. I hope you can provide us the opportunity to regain your patronage with Southern Vacation Rentals.
