Overall it was a good experience, however there were a few issues we had during our 2 night stay. Parking is a nightmare! Most units come with 2 spaces, but there aren’t enough spaces for that so we had a very difficult time parking and having to walk from a different location to the condo. There was a cockroach flipped on its back in the middle of the kitchen hence upon arrival and our socked feet were black within minutes of taking our shoes off after we arrived. Bring a pillow! The pillows are like pancakes, we got the 1 extra from the closet but it was dirty, so the sleeping was very uncomfortable. I did like that you can drive across the street to the beach instead of walking in the heat, it says it’s close, but it’s really a pretty long walk once you cross and have to find a spot on the beach with all of your stuff. Communication from Southern was great and the check in/ out process was seamless.

Don't take anything but clothes and food...that's all you need.

Great location in Destin, short walk across road to beautiful beach. Resort has fun perks. Unit has new furniture and was clean.

Just a hop, skip & a jump to the beautiful white sandy beaches!! This first floor condo was perfect for me. I was down for a work vacation and was able to set up my three monitors and continue working as if I was in the office. The interchangeable coffee table turns into a workstation that was able to accommodate all of my work needs. The condo was more spacious than I thought it would be and plenty of room for a party of 2 or 4. The cool murphy bed sleeps two and the couch is a super comfy sleeper sofa which sleeps two as well. This condo is located next to a pool, laundry room and dumpster for fun & convenience. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pans, silverware & small appliances, should you decide to eat in or cook. The condo is quaintly decorated to give you that homey feeling with a large front porch & a large back deck for your outside enjoyment. There is a guest closet that has plenty of room for your clothes etc. Extra pillows, blankets etc, are also in the guest closet with games & 2 beach chairs for your use. There is a restaurant on the property & also an eatery right next to the beach for a quick & easy snack or meal while you are enjoying the beach and all it has to offer. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here, and I will be returning!!
