We loved everything about this condo and the unit as a whole. Grandview East has some really great people who take care of the place. It was never dirty and the night maintenance man was very helpful and we never saw him sitting down! He was a very hard worker! We did have to park across the street and he made sure we made it back safely. Southern vacation rentals were very quick to respond and were always great to talk to! Would definitely recommend staying here and going through them.

We had an amazing time and absolutely enjoyed the condo and most importantly the beach! We have a family of 8 and everyone was very comfortable. The parking is strictly enforced and guest have to park across the street, but everyone was super friendly and nice.
