In the center of the condo is a plush living room with a Smart TV and access to a private balcony. The balcony makes for a great place to wake up with a cup of coffee in the morning and enjoy a view of the community. Plus, the addition of a fully equipped kitchen on vacation means that you can prepare any kind of treat at the drop of a hat. Then, gather around the dining table to enjoy mealtime together. In addition, a spiral staircase in the living room takes you up to a second story where you’ll find a loft area. The loft area serves as a kids’ nook, with a bunk bed and a cozy place to hang out.

Relaxing amenities are exactly what you need on vacation, and Cotton Bayou in Orange Beach does not disappoint! A community pool with a covered pavilion, tennis courts, and barbecue grills are all available for your use. A small pavilion overlooks the docks and Cotton Bayou. Boat slips are also available on a first come first serve basis, for our guests who like to travel with their boat on vacation. Note: Boat must be registered with the Complex Manager before arrival. You’ll be impressed when you set out on some of the Gulf’s best waters!
