- 30+ Days Prior to Arrival, 30% is due at the time of Booking.
- Within 29 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% less our service fee, travel insurance premium, and applicable taxes will be provided.
- Arrival window within 31 days or more a full refund less our service fee, travel insurance premium, and applicable taxes will be provided.

This not my first vacation there at the neighborhood.I love the surroundings , like the store's, restaurants, walking distance to the beach and the neighborhood pool is great the kids enjoyed it. As a medical personnel the cleanliness of the house mean a lot to me .The comfort was missing like ;dusting old furniture , mattresses were very uncomfortable.trash by the pool smells bad and were terrible and it was uploaded to you and was still pilled up when I left made it impossible to enjoy my vacation to the fullest .Not able to drink my coffee outside.Hopefully they be more considerate to their guests.

The gate codes, beach access and gate (walk) were outdated. I messaged the southern vacation rental, they surely don’t have the latest codes. We had to figure out our own. The address to the beach access was wrong also.
