I can't say enough about this Airbnb. Originally my family and I were planning to go to Naples, FL for spring break 2024. However, 4 weeks before our vacation we were notified that the Airbnb we had booked had a pipe break and was no longer usable. After a lot of looking we decided to head to Destin, FL and book this place and it turned out to be much better than we could have hoped for. Property: Could not be more happy with the house. It looked exactly like the pictures. The house was great with two king size bedrooms and the pool house with 4 bunk beds was perfect for kids. The pool and courtyard made it feel like we had a very private area for ourselves. Neighborhood: Destiny East is a great gated community right in the heart of Destin, but not too crowded. It's in easy walking or biking distance to some of the best beaches you can access in Destin, FL Overall: Will definitely book this place again. Check in was smooth and we couldn't be happier.

This house is gorgeous! Modern and beachy. And it was sooo comfortable. It had everything we needed, including hangars. A few things to note: the driveway is tight for two cars. There are strict parking rules regarding blocking the sidewalk and parking in the street. We rented a golf cart so there was a lot of musical cars. On two occasions maintenance workers came, waking us up and startling us. I wish those visits could have been when the house was not rented. But besides those two minor issues, this home and the management company were top notch. SV was helpful and professional. We enjoyed our trip because of this wonderful home. We really value where we stay no matter where we go. This is one of the best. Destiny East is a stunning neighborhood. It was so fun to cruise around and see all the unique homes. We will be back!

Beautiful home and layout. The sun floods the home with light every morning. Loved the enclosed courtyard with plenty of seating. Since we enjoy cooking, we found the kitchen to be very well equipped. Very quiet neighborhood to enjoy morning and evening walks. Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy your home.
