Management team’s flexibility left something to be desired. They don’t allow a late checkout request more than 5 days before checkout day, but we were offered a percentage off an extra day added to the stay in the middle of our trip (less than 5 days before checkout day). We only needed a couple of hours, so we were made to pay for the discounted full day instead of just a late checkout. Everything else was good.
