Once you step inside Prominence North 94A - Happy Ours, you will instantly feel a sense of calm. Take in all the condo has to offer, from comfortable living room seating to a full kitchen outfitted with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. A large kitchen island accented by barstools and bright lighting allows for extra space when preparing meals. Also, two sets of doors in the living room open to a private patio looking out at the lush green scenery.
Meanwhile, when it is time to unwind in the evening, make your way up to the second floor where you’ll find all three bedrooms. In the primary bedroom, you’ll find a walk-in closet and en suite bathroom boasting a walk-in shower and double granite vanity. Another bathroom is located on the second floor, with a half bathroom on the first floor.
Don’t forget to explore all Prominence North has to offer, with a zero-entry pool, outdoor picnic area, and a fitness facility. When you’re ready to hit the beach, Prominence North guests enjoy private shuttle service from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Also, for extra fun, The Big Chill is just a short stroll across from Prominence North. The Big Chill is one of 30A’s most popular spots, with delicious food, live entertainment, and fun happenings every day!
In addition, WaterSound in 30A enjoys a perfect location between Camp Creek and Seagrove Beach, putting all the fun right at your fingertips. The home was nice and clean, just like the photos. Plenty of space for our family and well supplied kitchen. They only supply limited necessities to get you by for one day, things like trash bags (2), paper towels (1), toilet paper, dishwasher detergent tabs (2). The home backs up to the state park, so there is nice privacy off the back porch to relax. The pool was great and perfect for both adults and young kids, but it is not the pool shown in the photos. The fitness center is small and was closed the entire time of our stay. The golf cart was really nice to have, we were able to drive it down to the beach less than a mile down 30A. My main disappointment with this property was that the photos of the boardwalk are deceiving. There is no direct beach access through the neighborhood to the beach, so if you think you'll be able to walk to the beach from this home, it's not possible.

Great location! A golf cart or bike ride away to Deer lake state park which was lovely. Resort style pool with palm trees was relaxing and convenient. Rental decor is well appointed. Suggest completing bike and golf cart waivers before your trip so once you arrive you can begin to relax and enjoy 30A.

Quiet; relaxing; clean and close to lots of great restaurants; shopping and ofcourse Deer lake state park. Wonderful pool.

Overall our stay was great! Place was clean and it was close to the community pool, and not too far of a golf cart ride to the beach. A few things to be aware of. 1) you are booking with a property management company. If you have questions, you get redirected to a customer service call center. We had questions specific to the area prior to our stay and the person we got directed to didn’t even live in the area and told us to ask someone when we got to the house. So they’ll respond to generic questions, but anything specific you just have to find out on your own. 2) they mention this in the listing, but is worth noting the 9:00 am checkout. It is the earliest I’ve seen in an air bnb. 3) for the golf cart, you have to provide insurance info and waivers. Not a big deal, but we didn’t know that before booking. The 3rd party golf cart company was easy to communicate with and quick to get us set up. Again, the place is great, and knowing what we know now, we would still book again
