It boasts Gulf and community views, tennis courts, and is close to the resort-style community pool and steps from gated beach access. Newly constructed, everything in this gorgeous condo is upgraded with modern touches, from quartz countertops to French door access to the balcony. What's even better is that you can enjoy beach service during your stay for an additional fee, which covers two chairs and an umbrella exclusively for your personal use!
Step inside this bright condo and find great natural light and open living spaces. The living room features comfortable furniture with a Smart TV and comfortable seating. After a long day of fun in the sun, it’s a great place to unwind and catch your favorite TV shows. The kitchen is spacious and comes with all high-end, stainless-steel appliances. It’s perfectly equipped to prepare anything from gourmet dinners to beach snacks!
After a full day of beach adventures, you and your guests are sure to sleep like babies in well-appointed bedrooms with soothing color tones and cozy beds. The primary bedroom has a Smart TV, walk-in closet, direct balcony access and an en-suite bathroom. The en-suite bathroom boasts quartz countertops, a dual vanity, a walk-in shower and a jetted tub. The second and third bedrooms have Smart TVs for late-night TV viewing! A bonus bunk room is by the third bedroom. There’s a Jack-and-Jill bathroom between the second and third bedrooms with quartz countertops, dual vanities and a walk-in shower. Guests are asked to please park only in designated areas. There is a covered spot (#17) and general parking is also available in the parking lots. No street parking is allowed.
Santa Rosa Beach and the Sandestin area are full of spectacular sights and there’s no shortage of entertainment. Spend your days down at the beach with its emerald waters, white sands and low crowds. Pros: Condo is in a great location and perfect for a family stay. Felt really cozy and homey. Fully furnished. Cons: The bunk bed placement, although it works, seems odd; didn’t feel fully comfortable with kids sleeping so close to door. Should have sofa linen cleaned. Noticed stains when moving pillows. Address is a tad confusing; initially went to wrong condo. Would stay here again.

Had challenges when checking in. Was never sent door code. Directions are a bit misleading to the actual condo as there are other buildings in the vicinity. Outside of a few stains on the furniture linen, the place was beautiful and matched the description. Easy beach access.
