The unit itself is as advertised; however, the air conditioning does not work well enough to cool the unit during the summer heat. We set the thermostat to 71 degrees and the temperature in the unit never reached below 76 degrees. The building is old and as a result, many things are not working correctly. We lost power for one day (as did several other units), lost water on a different day (as did the rest of the building) , and the air conditioning did not work well enough to cool the unit. I will not rent this unit again and question whether I will rent another unit in this building. Very dissatisfied with this rental.
