There were several things needing to be addressed that were not issued but just things observed as used: kitchen seat cushion unattached from chair, hall entrance to bathroom wouldn’t fully close, top part of lighthouse broken; pull string on living room fan was missing so you could not keep fan on without light; we could not get tv in living room to work although wasn’t a big problem bc we were in room very little; we did somehow get locked out of condo but text/phone number provided provided a quick response & problem handled. One of the biggest complaints I heard while on beach was “beach access”. You had to stay within the yellow roped off are wish was a narrow strip of sand beach access & in front of other chairs near tide line in front of condos so you had to get out there early to have any enjoyable beach view. By noon, we were packed like sardines. Not Grand Caribbean’s fault but definitely could have been enlightened about access. Overall, our stay was pleasant & communication was great!!

Perfect location to the Orange beach , Gulf Shores and Johnson Beach. Quiet and very family friendly! Close to everything and our favorite restaurants in all of the locations. Would definitely stay there again.

The location was great. Loved the larger balcony and large pool. Easy walk to the beach. Lots of towels available which was nice for my family of 5. Beds were comfortable more so for the kids, the adults struggled a little more. The elevator was not reliable and would get stuck on certain floors. Check out time was really early but not impossible. Some of these things may not be in your control but overall great stay and would consider coming back.
