Place was as described. There is some staining and some wear and tear showing around the room but it was overall pretty clean. Southern Vacation Rentals responded quickly when we reached out with questions and were helpful. The bed was comfortable. Good for a short trip for 2. The 9am check out time is a bummer.

It can be tough to find the right property on 30a for just two people, and we found this unit at the inn at Seacrest to be a great fit for us. The room was nice and clean and had everything we needed for a quick weekend. We were disappointed with the very early checkout time. The beach you get access to is very overcrowded and a little hike from the room, but there are other beach options if you’re willing to bike/drive. Overall, we’d happily recommend this place.
