This home spans over 7,000 square feet and stands three stories high. If you aren’t traveling with this large of a group, you can rent Sea Urchin North and Sea Urchin South separately as well. The home comes divided into two rentals giving each family a bit of privacy. Each side even has its own private pool, sundeck, and outdoor shower!

As you arrive, you will be greeted by the kitchen and living room on the second floor. Your favorite spot during vacation is sure to be the balcony overlooking the community. Make yourself a fresh pot of coffee each morning and step out onto the balcony to enjoy the Coastal Alabama weather. The kitchen comes equipped with everything you may need for a successful stay. Granite countertops, a separate dining area, and all the pots and pans necessary to whip up a home-cooked meal.

The second floor is also home to the master bedroom where you will find a second balcony entrance with views of the surrounding community. Discover the remaining bedrooms on the third floor.

Sea Urchin North & South comes with tons of incredible amenities to take advantage of during your stay. Our favorite characteristic about the home is sure to be the short walk over to the beach. Spend your days building sandcastles or reading a good book while sunbathing. The outdoor shower will come in handy when it is time to rinse off the sand before heading back inside. If you need a break from the beach, spend time on the private sundeck while your kids splash in the pool. There is even a private gas grill available so you can prepare hamburgers and hotdogs one night of your stay.
