Everything was great. The only exception is the fobs. Having to pick up and drop off the fobs offsite was an inconvience. Also, making sure you carried your fob on your person was too easy to forget.

No ceiling fans in any room, you have to pick up keys and return at different location from condo. I have never had to do this in condos in Destin or other rentals. Make sure to book beach chairs when you book instead of waiting until arrival day and no personal umbrellas allowed on the beach.

Make sure when you go to the lockbox offsite for key fobs- you are looking for the silver lockbox on the building with Master lock that has a roll key code on the bottom of the lock! Pull hard! It’s not the door code going into the office. Very confusing.

Overall a great property. The check in process is a little bit of a hassle only because you have to pick up key fob at another location. Also there is no ramp for beach access. So I had to carry the wagon down the steps. Still overall would recommend.
