Both bathrooms have been upgraded with smooth marble countertops.
This condo’s location on the third floor means you are that much closer to the amenities, which include a beachfront pool, tennis courts, fitness center, and more. Lounge on the well-furnished sundeck and work on your tan while the kids play in the pool. A dune walkover takes you safely to and from the resort's beach.
Beach House enjoys a fantastic location in Miramar Beach, one that you simply cannot beat. You are mere minutes away from restaurants like The Surf Hut and The Whale’s Tail, along with your morning cup of coffee at Starbucks. DONT RESERVE FALL 2023, IT IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION. CONSTANT NOISE, DRILLING AND HAMMERING AND CONSTRUCTION DUST BLOWS PAST YOUR DOOR AND DEBRIS IS ALL OVER THE WALKWAYS. After the construction crew left for the night.. Great view with sounds of the waves crashing over the sand. If you are a light sleeper bedroom two will be miserable for you. Too much light from blinds and walkway right next to bed.

It was great there is a Alvin’s island directly across the street good for bathing suits and merch. There is a lot of beachside restaurants and shopping places in the area. Kids had a lot of fun at the pool there is items that is open to the public for the pool. The ocean was always on red flag or double red for the while we were there but the only thing in the area for kids to play besides laser tag other wise drive down to destiny which is only a couple minutes I suggest pompano joe’s as a great place to eat though.

Very easy to rent. Condo was like the pictures, and very clean. It was a perfect location and the beach wasn’t busy during our stay in May. The washer/dryer was nice to have. We did need more washcloths. We would stay there again. It would be nice if the owners supplied beach chairs and umbrella on the beach!
