Pop some popcorn in the microwave and you’ll be all set. There’s also free Internet within Summit 828 so you can share photos with friends back home.

Beyond your living room through sliding glass doors is the real showstopper: your balcony with its stunning view. You’ll never grow tired of the sights and the sounds of the Gulf.

You can dine out for every meal if you want to while staying at Summit 828. There are that many excellent dining options close to your condo. But, if you’d like to eat in around your table for four, your Summit 828 kitchen has you covered. You’ll love cooking in this well-equipped and newly remodeled kitchen with granite countertops. You’ll find all the appliances, cookware, serving ware, and utensils you need to serve your group. There’s also a community grilling area if you want to sizzle up some steaks some evening.

If you need more seats than the four at the dining table, two additional guests can be set up at the breakfast bar.

Right beside your refrigerator are your stacked, front-loading washer and dryer. Pack light because you can always wash a load and keep everyone in clean clothes.

Your days at Summit 828 will be filled with fun. Your resort has two outdoor heated pools, two hot tubs, a kiddie pool, and a poolside restaurant and Tiki bar. Just a few steps beyond the pools you’ll reach the ocean. The owner has generously arranged for two padded chairs and umbrella to be set up for you daily at the beach. Nearby you’ll also find biking paths, boating charters, a fishing pier, and a wide variety of attractions such as Pier Park, WonderWorks, and Gulf World Marine Park. The shopping is great and the options for water fun are vast. Rent a kayak, paddleboard, or boogie board to play in the water. Live it up. You’re on vacation.

When it’s time to call it a day, your primary bedroom is a peaceful retreat from everything. Your primary includes a queen-sized bed and a twin bed. There’s a wall-mounted flat screen TV with DVD player, large chest of drawers, and ceiling fan to stir the air and help you fall asleep.

In the hallway off the living room, you’ll find two built-in bunk beds with drawers below. Two additional guests can bed down on the comfortable sleeper sofa in the living room.

The Summit 828 bathroom includes a shower/tub combination and a vanity with sink and storage in a separate area. There’s also a half bath for guests’ convenience.
