She Sells Seashells features 2,484 square feet and spans over three floors. This vacation home is tastefully decorated, with unique features including wood look tile flooring, 10' ceilings, and an observation deck at a 40' elevation. You will also find outdoor speakers on the main balcony and more than 2,000 square feet of the balcony on the home's multiple levels. On the main floor of She Sells Seashells, discover four of the bedrooms and two of the full bathrooms. The second bedroom features its own bathroom, while the third bathroom is located across from the third bedroom.
Head up to the third floor to find an open-concept area with an abundance of windows, showcasing views of both the Santa Rosa Sound and the Gulf of Mexico. Here, also find the fully-equipped kitchen, which features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a large island, and custom cabinetry. Meanwhile, the spacious living room, complete with surround sound speakers, is the perfect spot for a family movie night.
Finally, find the ensuite primary bedroom on the third floor. This primary bedroom features Sound views and has balcony access through french doors. The bedroom flows into the bathroom, where you can enjoy Gulf views, a tiled shower, and a large garden tub.

Southern Mgmt has been the best firm with the best homes we’ve experienced. This property has every amenity you want and the layout is spacious and well thought out. The veranda around all floors allows for excellent sun and weather cover to enjoy the breeze and sunsets. We spent almost double last year for a home that was subpar, dated, and filthy. This home is a premium offering at an affordable cost. Would 100% book over & over.

Excellent location, lots of room for busy children. Super short walk to the beach. The pool is very nice. Plenty of seating and we loved all the deck areas. Guests do need to be able to climb stairs, but that worked fine for us.
