The condo is very large and is well furnished. The living room furniture and carpet appeared to be new. The balcony is very spacious and there is a gas grill. The pool area and hot tub are nice. There are not any restaurants or shops within walking distance which helps keep the area more quiet.

Very clean and comfy condo! Small complex so not crowded at all. Very easy walk down to the beach. Okaloosa has beautiful beaches! The area is not terrible just kind of old and run down.

This condo was very spacious for 3 families (6 adults, 4 kids, and a baby). The kitchen was nice and large and had several place settings for mead in. The balcony is very large with several chairs and a table. The grill was nice, but needed cleaning before use. Comfortable furniture, but the carpet was spotted and very dirty. The pool and pool deck were smaller than we expected. There are a few umbrellas and tables, and roughly 10 chairs to sunbathe in. The management company was very responsive if we had any issues. Overall it was a good place to stay.
