- 30+ Days Prior to Arrival, 30% is due at the time of Booking.
- Within 29 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% less our service fee, travel insurance premium, and applicable taxes will be provided.
- Arrival window within 31 days or more a full refund less our service fee, travel insurance premium, and applicable taxes will be provided.

This property is very nice and has lots nice room for a big family. The pool is a little on the small side. The security is awesome here and the beach service guy was very friendly.

Description of condo implies that there is reserved parking for two vehicles but that is false. Upon arrival we realized there is only reserved parking for one vehicle and the rest is first come first serve outdoor parking. The beach in front of the property gets a lot of public activity and at times we were forced to sit further back from the waters edge because of people coming in from public access and sitting in “reserved” seating. With a few large condominiums surrounding the property and a public beach access on the property be prepared to deal with a crowd. Taking into consideration price of the rental and what a vacation costs there are too many minor inconveniences.

The condo is very large and is well furnished. The living room furniture and carpet appeared to be new. The balcony is very spacious and there is a gas grill. The pool area and hot tub are nice. There are not any restaurants or shops within walking distance which helps keep the area more quiet.
