The house is really beautiful and the multiple patios were well used. The sofa sleeper in the living room was very comfortable for my older mom. The ice maker was a welcome plus. Unfortunately the grill is not a gas grill and that was disappointing because it was listed as gas. The code we were given to open the lock didn’t work so we had to call guest services and were delayed getting into the house.

Perfect location. Ample space for large groups. However, when we arrived we were given an incorrect code to get inside. No biggie, I called customer service for assistance but they couldn’t figure it out either. They kept instructing me to type several combinations of numbers and symbols. Approximately 15 minutes later we were inside. My largest complain was the AC system. On the top floor master bedroom, it was reading an average of 82 our entire stay and it was locked to not allow guests to change it. Contacting customer service again, they informed me the property manager would take a look. This did not happen, and we suffered with lack of AC—in the middle of May, in Florida—for the duration of our stay. I was busy and trying to enjoy my short vacation without having to constantly ask the management team for help with this and that, which is why I didn’t follow up again. It should’ve been handled the first time considering (again) it was May in Florida.

Lovely, clean home with plenty of space! Location is perfect and walkable to/from most places.

Positives: - Great location - Very clean - Great balconies - Nicer and more spacious than pictures portray. Negatives: - Absolutely NO basics provided. No salt and pepper, no dish soap, no paper towels, no toilet paper, no tin foil, charcoal grill… no charcoal, no left condiments. It’s as if they go through between renters and throw any and all leftovers away - High school party neighborhood. Tons of unsupervised high school kids stayed in this neighborhood over spring break. Parties everywhere. My bike was stolen from the front of the house while we were inside. Went looking for it in the morning and ran into 3-4 other families that experienced the same.
