While the condo was very nice and clean, the beach service with chairs and umbrellas was a major negative for us. It took up every inch of the beach in front of the Pearl and left no room for guests that were not renting. We had to haul all of our things down 100+yards to the public beach area which negates the benefit of booking a condo right on the beach. We could have saved a lot of money by staying across the street since we had to set up on the public beach anyway. Outside of the beach situation, everything about our stay was perfect, but we probably wouldn’t stay at the Pearl again because of it. Paying for the luxury of being right on the beach and not having access to it was extremely disappointing.

Ease of check-in/out, kitchen had all the necessities--bring your own spices and coffee filters. Only complaint is that the "sofa bed" was a bit of a stretch and quite uncomfortable for sleeps, but we made it work!
