- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.

Not very fast on maintenance issues. Had to listen to dripping bath tub the whole time. Front desk aren’t real helpful if you book outside of them. Look up rules on beach chairs and umbrella. Bring money if you want front row. Most likely won’t return to Destin. To Commercialized.

The property was beautiful and was in the perfect spot. The only downside was there was construction going on so the outdoorpool was closed. The staff was very friendly.

We visit this property 2-3x/year and we leave happy as can be every visit. Beach access is so easy, onsite amenities are clean, functional and staff is lovely. Perfect spot for teens too. For this unit the only complaints we have is the slow drain in master bath and the master mattress was too firm, the bed was noisy/creaky with every slight move. We’re not big people so this was frustrating. If you like a very firm mattress that won’t bother you.
